“I didn’t think we would be buying a house this month. I had a meeting with Anna in February and we discussed what we were looking for in a permanent home in Ventura. Even though I thought we weren’t ready to buy, Anna went right to work showing us homes. The market in Ventura is pretty tight and we didn’t get the first two homes we offered on (no fault of Anna’s - we dragged our feet and were too slow to offer). By the time the right house came our way, Anna had advised us on a really helpful mortgage broker, writing a convincing letter to the sellers and truly skillful negotiations with the seller’s agent. She saved us at least $10,000 in upfront money. Because of those two “lost” offers we were ready to strike when the perfect home became available. Thanks to Anna, we had all our ducks in a row.
